Public Utility Customer Survey


Project Description

NBI provided technical assistance to the main public water utility in Freetown Sierra Leone, the Guma Valley Water Corporation (GVWC), in updating the utility’s customer billing and management processes. NBI interviewed +20,000 existing, paying customers and unregistered users using mobile data collection with the Fulcrum application. Finalized data was verified and compiled into an updated customer database to support the launch of a new billing system.
