Public Sector Health Worker Payroll Audit

Project Description

NBI supported the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) to conduct a comprehensive survey of all health workers and support staff in the public sector in Sierra Leone, including salaried and non-salaried (volunteer) health workers. Data collection was conducted using mobile data collection. The project aimed at supporting the Ministry of Health and Sanitation (MoHS) to improve data availability for health workforce planning and management.
