Project Description

NBI led the design, implementation and analysis of a mid-term evaluation of a multi-district sexual and reproductive health project supported by the European Union. The objective of the project was to increase utilization of sexual and reproductive health services and commodities by poor returnee women, men and youth in nine districts of Sierra Leone. The evaluation was based on the project logical framework and focused on the broad evaluation criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, impact and lessons learned. The findings from the mid-term evaluation were used to inform necessary changes or improvements to the project required to achieve the results and objectives by the endline.
