Project Description
NBI led the design, implementation and analysis of the final evaluation for the PACER (Promoting A Culture of Equal Representation) Project. The PACER Project was an Oxfam and the 50/50 Group of Sierra Leone joint project co-funded by DFID and UNDEF. The project addressed the structural barriers that inhibit women’s active and equal representation in policy and decision-making processes. The final evaluation established the extent to which the project met the proposed objectives, planned outcomes and impacts through an assessment of its relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability.
