Project Description

A private property development company was planning on building fully-serviced residential apartments in Freetown. In order to inform planning, NBI was contracted to design and implement market research on the housing market in Freetown. The research sought to collect data on the demand for, and supply of apartment buildings in Freetown. Information gathered as part of this market research was used to support the developer in making informed decisions throughout the planning stage of the development.
